Short Trim Die Toolhead ZeroPlay Dillon XL650/XL750

For short rifle cartridges, like the 300 Blackout, you must use a Short Trim Die Toolhead with the Dillon Rapid Trim 1500 Case Trimmer, otherwise the toolhead is too thick to facilitate the correct case length. This specialty toolhead enables you to correctly trim and prepare short rifle cases on your Dillon XL 650/XL750.

Commonly is it used to trim 300 AAC Blackout on the XL650 and XL750.

Zero-Play System

The Zero Play toolhead does not use the original toolhead pins supplied by Dillon. It is bolted with two M3 bolts that lift the toolhead into the uppermost position.When you cycle cases downward, the toolhead does not move, and cases go out in a straight line. Best practice is to loosen M3 bolts slightly before inserting the index shell-plate with case into dies and tightening M3 bolts to the toolhed best position.
