The seller reserves the right to refuse execution of the order if the ordering data is incomplete or raises doubts about the customer's actual intention to buy the goods. In this case, the seller will send a notice to the customer's e-mail address.
By submitting the order, the customer confirms that he has become familiar with the personal data processing and terms and conditions of the seller and expresses his / her consent.
If your order exceeds the maximum weight or size limits of the forwarder, the order will be sent in two or more packages. The same procedure will be applied, if there is an increased risk of damage to the goods during transport. Please note, that sending the order in more than one package leads to increased shipping cost. In such cases, you will be notified by e-mail and / or telephone.
For goods whose weight or dimensions exceed the carrier's permitted values, the price for transport will be determined individually.

Since October 2025, banks in the euro area have been verifying the account holder’s name and IBAN for euro payments.
The Czech Republic is not part of the euro area, therefore this verification will not apply here until 2027.
If, during your payment, you see a message stating that the payee cannot be verified, this is the reason and you may proceed with the payment without any concern.
